<br />CENTRAL NEBRASKA HUMANE SOCIETY, INC., herein called Grantor, in

<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent

<br />and perpetual easement and right-ot-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,

<br />replace, relocate, extend, romove, and operate thereon, public utilities and

<br />and through a part of vacated Jerry Street, as described in City ot Grand Island

<br />Ordinance No. 8258, located in Frank P. Barks' Subdivision No, 3 in the City ot Grand

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the southerly line ot the ten (10.0) foot wide utility

<br />easement and right-ot-way being more particularly described as follows:
