<br />Agreement dated , GRANTOR, in consideration of Two Hundred and Forty Nine Thousand 249,000.00
<br />DOLLARS received from GRANTEE, Chad R. Olson and Jaime G. Olson, Husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants, conveys to GRANTEE the following described real estate (as described in Neb. Stat. 76-201) :

<br />Part ot the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 11 North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Norhtwest Quarter; thence Southerly along and upon the East
<br />Line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance of 508.02 feet to the North right-of-way line of the C.B. and Q.
<br />Railroad; thence Northwesterly along and upon the North line of the C.B. and Q. Railroad right-ot-way, a
<br />distance of 1,824.55 feet to the North line of the Northwest Quarter; thence Easterly along and upon said
<br />North line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 1,750.10 feet to the place of beginning; and EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM, however, that part thereof conveyed to Gerald E. Aschwege and Vivian E. Aschwege,
<br />husband and wife, by Warranty Deed, recorded in Book 145 at Page 218 of the Deed of Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.

<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:

<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free and clear from encumbrance

<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;

<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the GRANTOR.
