<br />200610796 <br /> <br />TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY <br /> <br />The beneficiary of this Security Instrument is MERS (solely as nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns) <br />and the successors and assigns of MERS.
