<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MATT D LOCKARD, AN UNMARRIED
<br />PERSON AND KODl D TJADEN. AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known
<br />as Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 23,
<br />2004 AND APRIL 17,2006 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No. 200409413 AND 200603636 , has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
