<br />TWO PARTY GARAGE AGREEMENT

<br />This agreement made and entered into this d~ day of November, 2006
<br />by and between Eugene L Mcintosh, a single person and Galen Sears, a single /0..5-0
<br />person and Owners of the Southerly Sixty-six and Five Tenths Feet (S 66.5') of
<br />Lot Five (5), Block One Hundred Four (104), in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and Floyd D. Archie, a single
<br />person, Owner of the Northerly Sixty-c,*and Five Tenths Feet (N ~5') of Lot
<br />Five (5), Block One Hundred Four (104), in Koenig and Wiebe's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />It is hereby understood that the garage that is situated on the above mentioned
<br />properties is a jointly owned garage, part of it being on each property. It is agreed
<br />that it will be maintained by both parties and that neither party will be able to
<br />deface, tear down or damage his side of the garage without permission from the
<br />other party. It is the intention that this agreement shall be perpetual and shall run
<br />with the land and that all heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns shall be
<br />bound by this agreement.
