<br /> EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />

<br />
<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this la-M day NOVEMBER
<br />2006 ,by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and
<br />
<br />JMH DEVELOPMENT, LLC, JAMES L HARDER, MEMBER AND MARY K HARDER,
<br />MANAGER
<br />
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower".
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />
<br />LOT TWENTY SIX (26), COUNTRY MEADOWS SECOND SUBDNISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated MARCH 30. 2006 filed for record on MARCH 31, 2006
<br />in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA in DOCUMENT #0200602832;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO JUNE I, 2007.
<br />
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
