<br />That Loren L. Lindahl is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated October 3,2005, executed by
<br />Douglas C. Luth and Sherri L. Luth, husband and wife, as Trustor, to secure certain obligations in favor
<br />of Gas isiand, L.L.c., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Beneficwry, lccordeu the 4th Jay of
<br />October, 2005, as Document No. 200509906 of the General Records, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />That a breach of the obligations for which such Deed of Trust is security has occurred in that
<br />Trustor has failed to pay the installment due Gas Island, L.L.c., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />under a Promissory Note in favor of Gas Island, L.L.C.
<br />
<br />That the description ofthe real estate which is subject to the above referenced Deed of Trust is
<br />described as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1), Grand Island Mall Thirteenth Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />That by reason thereof~ the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance,
<br />together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
<br />
<br />Said default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing for record of this Notice of Default
<br />as provided in Section 76-1012 RRS. 1943.
<br />
<br />Pursuant to the Pair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.c. l692c(b), no information
<br />concerning the collection ofthis debt may be given without the prior consent ofthe consumer given
<br />directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction. The debt
<br />collector is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
