<br />This Modification Agreement is made the 20th day of November, 2006, between James P Anderson, An Unmarried Person
<br />Borrower(s) and American Family Financial Services, Inc. 6000 American Parkway, Madison, Wisconsin, 53783-
<br />000 I (Lender), to amend and supplement (I) the Deed of Trust to Secure Debt, dated May 22, 2006 and recorded as
<br />Document Number / Instrument No. 0200605016 on June 5, 2006, in Book at Page in the Office of the
<br />County Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska and (2) the Line of Credit ("Note") bearing the same date and secured by the
<br />Deed of Trust, which covers the Real and Personal property described in the Deed of Trust and defined therein as the
<br />property located at 4257 Utah A venue, Grand Island, Nebraska, the real property being described being set forth as
<br />follows;

<br />In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements exchanged, the parties hereto agree as follows (Notwithstanding
