<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JACK W LILLIBRIDGE AND LEIGH E LILLIBRIDGE. HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SA VINOS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLANDj WEBRA-SKA,the benefiCiary named-therein; "
<br />dated NOVEMBER 3.2006 and recorded NOVEMBER 13.2006 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall Coooty, Nebraska, as Instrument 200610091 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein; the oodersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />LOT 1, TOM'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
