Hartman, husband and wife as Trustor, in which First State Bank is <br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, in <br />Instrument No. 200407960 has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, a portion of the real property <br />described therein: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the undersigned, as trustce, <br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person s entitled thereto, namely Richard Hartman and Patricia A.
