<br />PARTIAL. DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIRST STATE BANK ofGothenburg, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trusated,
<br />March 31, 2003, executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife as Trustor, in which First State Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, in
