<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT
<br />S PROFFITT and THAIS ANN PROFFITT; HUSBAND AND WIFE ("Trustor") to TierOne Bank,
<br />successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 8, 2003, and
<br />recorded August 12, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in
<br />Instrument No 0200310492, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
