<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Assignment of Rents executed by Plaza
<br />Square Development L.L.C. a Limited Liability Company, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National
<br />Association as a result of acquisition and name change dated as of November 21, 2001 and
<br />recorded on November 26, 2001 as Instrument number 0200112084, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by
<br />said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Assignment of Rents. This
<br />Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
