<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Plaza Square
<br />Development L.L. C. a Limited Liability Company, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association as a
<br />result of acquisition and name change dated as of November 21, 2001 and recorded on
<br />November 26, 2001 as Instrument number 0200112083, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in
<br />and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
