<br />WHEREAS, although indebtedness remains secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />BLUESTEM PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, Trustor, to AREND
<br />R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, dated November 1,2004, and recorded November 1,2004 in the
<br />Office ofthe Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200410654, the said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />A tract ofland consisting of part of Lot Three (3), of Bosselman Subdivision,
<br />located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4SEl/4) of
<br />Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West, of the 6th
<br />P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly
<br />described as follows:

<br />Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Lot Three (3), said point also being
<br />on the North Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) line of Capital Avenue and the point of
<br />beginning; thence on an assumed bearing ofNOo026'48"E alongthe West line of
<br />said Lot Three (3) a distance of 12.13 feet; thence S89009'29"E a distance of
<br />115.95 feet; thence S88021 '25"E a distance of 111.33 feet; thence N46038'35"E a
<br />distance of 31.61 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot Three (3), said line
<br />also being the West R.O.W. line of Diers Avenue; thence SOo029'31"W along the
<br />East line of said Lot Three (3) a distance of 32.47 feet to the Southeast corner of
<br />said Lot Three (3), said comer also being the point of intersection of the West
<br />R.O.W. line of Diers Avenue and the North R.O.W. line of Capital Avenue;
<br />thence N89011 '24"W along the South line of said Lot Three (3) a distance of
<br />250.05 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains 3,144.02 square feet or
<br />0.072 acres more or less.
