<br />That in considerationQf $26,500.00 and other valuable considerations, the receipt
<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned does GRANT, SELL,
<br />TRANSFER and DELIVER unto Albert W. Boner and Pamela A. Boner, husband
<br />and wife, assigns, the following goods and chattels: personal property located
<br />inside the cabin including: 1 set of bunk beds, fold out futon, Window Air
<br />Conditioner. Electric wood burning stove insert, refrigerator, boat with electric
<br />motor, canoe, lawn mower, porta potty all located in/at a cabin located at the
<br />Sportsman Club on part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter, (SV2SW'i4) and
<br />part of Lot 11 Island Section 20, Township 10 North, Range 9, Doniphan
<br />Township, West of the 6th P.M. Hall County, Nebraska. THIS SALE INCLUDES
<br />THE CABIN.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said goods and chattels, forever,
<br />and the said grantor hereby covenants with the said grantee, that the undersigned is
<br />the lawful owner of said goods and chattels; that they are free from all
<br />encumbrances; the undersigned has good right to sell the same as aforesaid and
<br />that the undersigned will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims
<br />and demands of all persons whomsoever;
<br />
<br />A prior oral agreement with the landowner for tirst right of refusal to purchase the
<br />above shall be granted the current landowner to purchase this cabin.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has hereunto set grantor's hand, this
