<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record September 11, 2006, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200608104. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Daryl Weekley and Dee
<br />Ann Weekley, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Mortgage Express, Inc. is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Michael Kivett is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record May
<br />21, 2002 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
<br />No. 200205447.

<br />On or about May 15,2002, Mortgage Express, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Flagstar Mortgage Corp. The Assignment was recorded May
<br />21, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200205448.
