<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Richard Hartman & Patricia Hartman, husband and wife to UNION BANK AND TRUST
<br />COMPANY, trustee and beneficiary for--the-henefit oftlNIONBANK AND TRUST
