<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />VIRGINIA M HICKEY. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 22.1999 and
<br />recorded FEBUARY 2. 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument 99-101211 has been paid, this also releases Deed of Trust Modification
<br />Agreement dated MARCH 4. ] 999 and recorded MARCH 18. 1999 as Instrument 99-102800
<br />And said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:

<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
