<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RA Y L HINRICHSEN AND MARY JANE HINRICHSEN. HUSBAND AND
<br />WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated OCTOBER 29.2004 and recorded NOVEMBER 9.2004 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200410928 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
