<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this (.....s day of November,
<br />2006, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union is
<br />Beneficiary, and Edwin R. Sisson and Marian G. Sisson, husband and
<br />wife, are Trustor and Ronald 8. Depue, Attorney, is Trustee;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on January 19, 2005, and
<br />filed as Instrument No. 0200500512 in the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a
<br />certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows,
<br />to-wit:

<br />Lot Fifteen (15), Eaglewood Acres Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.

<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
