<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by NSH, LLC
<br />to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August
<br />31, 2006, and recorded September 01, 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as entered in Instrument # 0200607891, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby
<br />request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the requcst of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, rc1ease and reconvey to
