<br />The Indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by 9973 West Bowles,LLLP, a Colorado
<br />Limited Liability Partnership, as Trustor, to First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Timothy M. Peterson Family Trust, Lawrence E. Castle, Trustee, as Beneficiary,
<br />dated Septe,tp..br~28, 2004, and recorded November 19,2004 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of ~t> County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200411265, has been paid, and the
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or person entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
