<br />SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, Gary D. Christensen,
<br />a single person, hereinafter referred to as "Trustor" did on the 6th day of July, 2004 execute and
<br />deliver to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK a Deed of Trust upon certain real estate located in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described as:

<br />Lot One (1), Fairacres Dairy Seventh Subdivision to the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />conditioned for and to secure the payment ofthe sum shown on the NOTE, which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County on the 8th day of July,
<br />2004, Document No. 200406723. Modification of Deed of Trust executed between GARY D.
<br />CHRISTENSEN, A SINGLE PERSON AND TIERONE BANK, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger) recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200605900.

<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or securing certain
<br />debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a Deed of Trust upon the real estate to First Magnus
<br />Financial Corporation for the payment of the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand &
<br />00/00------------------------------- ($135,000.00), to be a first Deed of Trust upon the premises,
<br />recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200600421.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, TIERONEBANK, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), in consideration of the premises for value received, the receipt and adequacy of which
<br />is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, consent, promise and agree to and with Trustor,
<br />their heirs and assigns, that the Deed of Trust upon the premises thus to be executed by Trustor
<br />to First Magnus Financial Corporation, for the amount and interest above mentioned, shall at all
<br />times bea prior Deed of Trust and a prior lien upon the premises to the Deed of Trust of
<br />TIERONE BANK as above described.
