He is the Manager of Mead Building Centers of Grand Island, Inc., a Nebraska "S" <br />corporation and as said Manager verifies this account in writing for and on behalf of Mead <br />Building Centers of Grand Island, Inc. <br />2. Mead Building Centers of Grand Island, Inc. entered into an oral contract with <br />Lakeside L.L.C. to provide delivery of building materials to be used in the building of a home. <br />Said building materials to be placed upon the real estate located at Lot #42, Amick Acres East <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. Said Mead Building Centers of Grand Island, Inc. entered into this contract as the <br />supplier for and on behalf of Hinrickus Construction, P. O. Box 343, Doniphan, NE 68832. <br />4. The date that the last materials or services were last furnished to said real estate was <br />on or about July 25, 2006, and the total cost of the building material to be delivered was eight <br />thousand two hundred ninety -six dollars and ninety eight cents ($8,296.98), upon which contract <br />price Mead Building Centers of Grand Island, Inc. Has received no payment. <br />5.
