<br />RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY

<br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated August 1,
<br />2002, by and between LOWELL W. GOODMAN and MARY L. GOODMAN, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded in as Instrument No. 200208098 in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds and upon the request for reconveyance of the Beneficiary,
<br />BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the follow-
<br />ing described real estate:

<br />The West 104.25 Feet of Lot One (1), Block Eight (8), Hannis Third Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76-1014.01 of
<br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to Trustor DOUGLAS V. VOGEL, a
<br />single person.
