<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this -:J r~ day of November,
<br />2006, by Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union is
<br />Beneficiary, and Larry S. Earleywine and Lorraine M. Earleywine,
<br />husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney, ~s
<br />Trustee;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December 20, 2000, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200010973 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain
<br />parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Thirty (30), Block Four (4), in pleasant View Addition, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.

<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with al appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or apper aini
