<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on May 2, 1995, and filed
<br />as Document No. 95-102803 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />conveying to Trustee, Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain
<br />parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:

<br />Lot Thirty (30), Block Four (4), in Pleasant View Addition, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustor.

<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with a appurtenances and
