<br />2003, 2004 and 2005; and, that the County Treasurer's Certificate, of Tax Sale No. 803002 was
<br />assigned to Francis David Shinaly .on the 26th day of March 2004 and, which was subsequently
<br />assigned to FRANCIS DAVID SHINALY TRUSTEE OF THE FRANCIS DAVID SHINAL Y
<br />REVOCABLE TRUST on the 29th day of June 2006.

<br />AND, WHEREAS, The same not having been redeemed from such sale, and it appearing that the
<br />holder of the certificate of purchase of said real estate has complied with the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, necessary to entitle FRANCIS DAVID SHINAL Y TRUSTEE OF THE FRANCIS DAVID
<br />SHINAL Y REVOCABLE TRUST to a deed of said real estate:
