<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by
<br />Little B's Corp., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document
<br />#99-106139 on the 17th day of June, 1999, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached
<br />real estate described to-wit:

<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Three (3), Summerfield Estates 4th Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, recorded
<br />as Document #99-106139 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain
<br />in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 10thth day of November, 2006.
