<br />26, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 2003-15449 wherein Shane L. Andera and
<br />Tina L. Andera, husband and wife are named Trustorsi and Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. is named BeneficiarYi and old
<br />Republic National Title Insurance Co. is named Trustee, wherein
