It is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Register <br />of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200208979. <br /> <br />2. That Mauricio Garcia is the Trustor under the said Trust Deed. <br /> <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Fanners State Bank, as Trustee under the <br />aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Fanners State Bank, now known as <br />Bank of Clarks. <br /> <br />4.
