<br />Known All Men bv These Presents: THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by MATTHEW J ROY AND MARY Y ROY Trustor, to First American Title Insurance Company, as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Wells Fargo Financial Bank F/K/A Dial Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 23
