<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT

<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 5,2006, wherein DIERS MOTOR CO. OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, a Nebraska corporation, is identified as the Trustor, which was filed for record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on October 6,2006, as Instrument
<br />No. 200608975 and contains as trust property, the following-described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1), Commonwealth Business Park Second Subdivision, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, and fixtures of every kind, hereby gives notice of
<br />default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the payments of
<br />principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Promissory Note evidencing a
<br />loan for the principal sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand and Noll 00 Dollars
<br />($235,000.00), owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, FEW, INC., a Nebraska corporation,
<br />pursuant to the terms ofthe Trust Deed referred to above :hiCh sec~ obli ion.
