<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, whose name and address is W. Eric Wood, 11515 South 39th Street,
<br />Rellevue NE 68123, and who is designated as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated October 1, 2001,
<br />executed by Robert L. Siemers and Betty Joan Siemers as Trustor, in which Nebraska Law Offices, P.C. is
<br />named as Beneficiary, said Trust Deed being recorded as Instrument No. 0200202578 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of the Register of Deeds of HalI County, State of Nebraska, has received from Nebraska Law
<br />Offices, P.c., the Beneficiary thereunder, a request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust
<br />Deed have been fulIy paid and that such Trust Deed and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered for
<br />cancelIation;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deed, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder, to-wit: the real estate described below:
