<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Vincent L. Dowding, attorney at law, as Trustee, under the Trust
<br />Deed dated May 26,2004 and executed by Douglas M. Westerby and Victoria Westerby, as Trustors, in
<br />which Jack D. Wiese and Wendy Lee DeNoyer are named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200405270 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska on the
<br />2ih day of May, 2004,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Vincent L. Dowding, attorney at law, as Trustee, has received
<br />from Beneficiary, a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:

<br />See Attached Exhibit A
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
