Ruzicka and Teresa L. Ruzicka, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 3, <br />2003 as Instrument No. 0200302471, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT "B", FIRST ADDITION TO HOLCOMB'S HIGHWAY HOMES, CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
