<br />CORRECTIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT

<br />This Corrective License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and BILL
<br />GULZOW, an unmarried individual,asowner of the well, hereinafter referred to as the
<br />"Licensee. "
<br />
<br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Corrective License
<br />Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensee may construct,
<br />maintain,repair, and utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon
<br />property owned by the Licensor:

<br />Placement of a monitoring well by Gulzow Motor Company, immediately south
<br />of the property and in the alley behind the property at 223 East 2nd Street in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska as shown on the attached drawing, Said monitoring well shall
<br />have a flush sealed cover.
<br />
<br />Licensee understands that there arc high voltage underground power lines near the
<br />proposed location of the monitoring well. The exact placement of such monitoring
<br />well shall be coordinated with the Licensor's Public Works and Utilities
<br />Departments.
<br />
<br />The legal description of the property where the monitoring well will be installed
<br />is Lot Seven (7), Block Seventy Seven (77), Original Town, now the City of
<br />Orand Island, HallCounty, Nebraska.

<br />2. LICENSEES' DUTIES AND RISKS, It is understood and agreed that the
<br />Licensees may construct, maintain, repair and ,utilize the above described improvement at the
<br />Licensees'solerisk. The Licensees hereby waive any claim for damages against the Licensor, its
<br />officers, employees, agents andindepenctent contractors for any damage or injury that may result
<br />to said improvement. If the Licensor, in its sole discretion, determines that any part or all of the
