<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Toby S.
<br />Mohler and Stephanie D. Mohler, husband and wife, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Successor to Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association as a
<br />result of acquisition and name change dated as of September 18th, 2002 and recorded on
<br />September 19th, 2002 as Document Number 2002 - 09947, in the Office of the Register of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in
<br />and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is executed at the
<br />request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
