<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer, as

<br />Trustee under the DEED OF TRUST, dated Mav 15. 2006. and recorded on Mav 16. 2006,

<br />as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200604297. in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY.

<br />NEBRASKA. and executed by Clinton L. Simmons and Sean L. McNelis, Members of C & S
<br />
<br />LEGACY DEVELOPMENT. LLC. as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary,

<br />and said bank, as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by suchTRUSl DEED have been

<br />fully paid and that such TRUST DEED and the note secured thereby has been surrendered

<br />to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
