Bellairs, husband and wife <br />("Grantors"), and Rohwer Family Limited Partnership, a limited <br />partnership organized under the laws of the state of Nebraska <br />("Grantee 11) . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Grantors own the property <br />Bellairs Estate Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Propertyll)i and <br /> <br />described <br />Nebraska <br /> <br />as Lot 1, <br />( II Grantors' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Grantee is the owner of the real estate legally <br />described as the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 27, Township <br />11 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., excepting Lot 1, Bellairs <br />Estate subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska (llGrantee's PropertY")i <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into this Easement <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and between the parties as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Grantors hereby grant and convey to Grantee a permanent <br />and perpetual easement to construct, inspect, maintain, repair, <br />replace, remove and operate thereon electrical service and <br />appurtenances connected therewith upon, above, over, across, <br />underneath and through a part of the Grantors' Property legally <br />described as set forth on attached Exhibit 1 as illustrated on <br />attached Exhibit 2 (lIServient Estatell), together with the following <br />rights: <br /> <br />A. Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the <br />Servient Estate for any purpose necessary for the <br />construction, inspection, maintenance, repair, replace- <br />ment, removal and operation of electrical service and <br />appurtenances connected therewith.
