<br />You are hereby notified that Richard A Brooks and Holly J. Brooks, as husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about January 9, 2001. make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Company,
<br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-described real property:

<br />The Easterly Twenty (20) feet of Lot Two (2) and all of Lot One (1), in
<br />Block Two (2) in Gideon's Addition to the Village of Doniphan, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Homeside Lending, Inc., Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 11, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200100282. Said Deed of Trust was modified by Loan Modification
<br />Agreement which was recorded on May 31, 2006, as Instrument No. 2006.04834.

<br />On or about May 31, 2002, Homeside Lending, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to MidFirst Bank. The Assignment was recorded December 9, 2002,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200213631.
<br />
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution
<br />of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments that were contractually due.
<br />
<br />You an: further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
