<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 2005-
<br />09809. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Richard A. Brooks and Holly J.
<br />Brooks, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Homeside Lending, Inc. is named as Beneficiary and
<br />Ticor Title Insurance Company is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record January
<br />11, 2001 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument
