<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RICHARD A EPPERLY AND JULIE M EPPERLY. HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MAY 29. 2001 and recorded JUNE 11. 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
