<br />The undersigned, The Meadows Apartment Homes I, L.L.C., a limited liability

<br />company, Raymond 1. O'Connor, Manager, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract

<br />of land comprising all of Lots One (1) through Twelve (12) and Outlots A and B of Francis

<br />Subdivision and Lot Seven (7) and the North Half (NY;) of Lot Eight (R) of Bosselman Second
