<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated August 16, 2005, executed by Paul D. Hassett, a Single
<br />Person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document # 0200507994 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 16th day of August, 2005,
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit
<br />
<br />Lot Two (2), D.K. Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska..
<br />
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded August 16, 2005, as Document
<br />0200507994 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
