<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dean C.
<br />Ritz and Evelyn R. Ritz, husband and wife to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by
<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 1, 1994, and recorded August 2, 1994 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #94106508, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
