<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor"), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Dehner D. Friesen and Donita M. Friesen, husband and wife as joint tenants, (hereinafter called
<br />"Grantee"), whether one or more, the following described property described as follows:

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto

<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.

<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. ~ 1701 ~ ~.)
