Stat. 76-201): <br /> <br />Lot 1, CJL Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; RESERVING, HOWEVER, <br />an ingress-egress right-of-way easement for the benefit of the GRANTOR, his <br />successors and assigns, with said easement to be on, over, and across a portion <br />of said Lot 1 and consisting of a strip of land being 40.0 feet in width and <br />located along the East boundary of said Lot 1 and a strip of land being the <br />South 60.0 feet of the East 350.0 feet of said Lot 1.
