<br />Tract 2: The North Half (N1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), East HalfE1/2) of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4 SW1/4), Section Thirty-
<br />Five (35), Township Twelve (12), Range Twelve (12) North, West of the 6lh P.M., in Hall County
<br />Nebraska.
